Base materials

When we founded our company, fabric chips were our major product. It has been almost 60 years since then, but we continue to supply base materials of good quality paying careful attention to the basics.

When looking back on our company's history, it is not too much to say that everything started from fabric chips. Our current major business, direct pressure molding and resin processing, has its roots in small base materials called fabric chips. Similarly, our company's history also started from producing fabric chips. When we founded our company in 1949, fabric chips were produced by finely cutting canvas as the mainstream. At that time, this cutting work was done manually. In 1954, we successfully achieved streamlining and mass production of fabric chips based on the fabric cutting machine we developed. Since then, we have accumulated our production records by supplying our materials to major phenol resin molding material manufacturers.

Even though our major business shifts toward direct pressure molding and resin processing, we still continue to produce fabric chips. We have been able to continue to produce fabric chips as the base material used in the first molding stage of resin molding for about 60 years since our company's foundation. We are proud of this fact and it is our commitment as a company with a policy of consistent production.
It has been about 60 years since we started producing fabric chips. When those chips we consume for molding and processing are included, we produce 20 tons of fabric chips monthly on a constant basis. As a pioneer of fabric chip production, we are determined to provide base materials of good quality continuously. Additionally, by utilizing recycled resources as raw materials in order to reproduce them into effective base materials, we achieve our own recycling industrial style that gives consideration to the global environment in the future.
